New preprint on the antigenic landscape of RH5 now available!

We are thrilled to announce that our latest preprint is available to read now on BioRxiv!

The work, spearheaded by Kirsty McHugh (right) and Jordan Barrett, looks at over 200 monoclonal antibodies targeting the leading blood-stage vaccine candidate RH5. We have characterised the antigenic landscape of RH5 using these antibodies, and our new Carterra LSA platform, to provide an incredibly detailed analysis of this vaccine candidate and reveal the interactions between antibody communities. Finally, we identified a potent germline gene combination that results in an exceptionally potent class of antibody and demonstrate its prophylactic potential to protect against P. falciparum parasite challenge in vivo.
