I am a Clinical Research Fellow within the Malaria Vaccine Programme. My role involves supporting the design and delivery of clinical trials of a multi-stage malaria vaccine candidate through Phase 1 optimisation and Phase 2 efficacy testing at partner sites across Africa. I also provide support for the vaccine and Controlled Human Malaria Infection (CHMI) challenge studies in Oxford.
I completed my medical degree at Imperial College London in 2020, with an intercalated BSc in Infection and Immunity. Following this, I undertook clinical training in London, completing Internal Medicine training in 2025. I have an interest in infectious diseases with laboratory research experience in malaria, influenza, and COVID-19. I also worked as a research physician at Mahidol-Oxford Tropical Medicine Research Unit in Bangkok, on two Phase 2 multicentre antiviral trials in early symptomatic COVID-19 and influenza, providing me with overseas clinical trial experience.
