LEAF Silver Award for the Draper Lab!

Laboratory buildings are responsible for over 60% of total energy consumption and carbon emissions across the University.

To address this, the Environmental Sustainability team has created the Sustainable Labs programme, which specifically focuses on energy reduction and sustainability in labs and offers resources to achieve this. 

The Draper lab signed up to LEAF (Laboratory Efficiency Assessment Framework) this year and was awarded the Silver LEAF Award recognition.
