My current research is focused on utilizing a combination of structure based vaccine design and novel vaccination platforms to enhance the quality of the immune response.
Before joining the Jenner Institute, I completed a BSc in Biomedical Sciences and an MSc in Immunology & Allergy. Following this, I undertook a PhD as part of the Midlands Integrative Biosciences Training Partnership funded by the BBSRC at the University of Birmingham.
My PhD with Professor Adam Cunningham focused on the production and regulation of pathogen-specific and self-reactive antibodies throughout systemic infection with Salmonella Typhimurium.
