World Vaccine Congress Europe 2022

In mid-October 2022 Angela attended the World Vaccine Congress Europe 2022, held at the Palau de Congressos de Barcelona, Spain. The event, organised by Terrapinn, has become the largest and most consolidated meeting dedicated to vaccines in the world and consists of a series of conferences where experts discuss topics such as human and veterinary vaccines or immuno-oncology.

Every year, the congress brings together professionals and companies that are changing the future of vaccines and offers the opportunity to make quality contacts and new business opportunities. The conference offers a unique setting to meet VCs seeking early-stage opportunities, as well as pharmaceutical, biotech, life sciences and healthcare companies, academic institutions, government consortia and bioinformatics companies. The conference provided a great opportunity to network, and catch-up with colleagues from around the world in-person for the first time since the pandemic.
