I hold a Master's in Biochemistry (MBiochem) from the University of Oxford, and undertook my final year project in the Draper group. In that year I investigated how the interaction between Ripr and the PTRAMP-CSS heterodimer can be inhibited using PTRAMP-CSS nanobodies and Ripr-tail monoclonal antibodies, and how this translates to parasitic growth-inhibition for potential vaccine candidates.
Following my master's, I joined the Draper group as a Research Assistant in 2025. I currently support the pre-clinical development of a blood-stage malaria vaccine, primarily focusing on monoclonal antibody and antigen protein production.
