Infectious Disease Epidemiology Unit (IDEU) Symposium talk given by Simon

In early March 2026 Simon was invited to speak at Oxford Population Health’s Infectious Disease Epidemiology Unit (IDEU) 2-day Symposium in the Richard Doll Building. This event showcased the work of IDEU Investigators, and especially that of their early to mid-career researchers. Speakers from elsewhere in the University were invited who are working on infectious disease-related topics, to foster networking and collaborative opportunities.

Simon spoke in a session chaired by the Head of Department and Nuffield Professor of Population Health, Prof Prabhat Jha. He enjoyed the chance to network with colleagues from Oxford Population Health and warmly thanks the organisers and the IDEU Director, Prof Angela Brueggermann, for their kind hospitality.
